We loved everything. All was already mentioned by others, this is simply the best place in Matara, feels like home, would chose again.
The property was in a remote location in Matara. As it was so remote it was a great place to relax. The pool area was like a resort and there was a small private beach area. The staff were wonderful and extremely kind to us. We used the bikes to cycle to Matara and to get to the local restaurants. Polhena Beach was a short cycle away and an easy walk. We saw turtles.
The owner was a perfect host. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 min walk. The room was lovely. The garden and pool - amazing! Situated on a tiny private beach but is enough for a quick dip. Short walk to a lovely beach.
Mr. Mohamed Ruzaik is an amazing host. We had the best time at Deep Blue. The property is a must visit.
The apartment with the terrace overlooking the park was gorgeous, equipped with a kitchen and all comforts. The staff and the manager very helpful for every request and need, the beautiful beaches nearby. Perfect stay.

Everything. This place is unbelievably beautiful and calm. So many beautiful details. Host was very nice, helpful. I loved smell in the room and the smell of the sheets! Like heaven. Whole area was calm and tastefull. Close to big shops, nice beaches with reef and turtles. You can also use well equipped kitchen and cook by yourself. There is a small parking where you can park a scooter or tuktuk.
We had a very nice relaxing time at Deep Blue. We only stayed for a single night but could have been easily couple of more. It’s very chilled and silent out there, you feel almost cut off from the city. The property is amazing! The garden, the pool and the building is beautifully designed and maintained. It’s huge and has many chill areas, even a small private beach. You will wake up on the sound of the ocean and birds.
